Common issues
Weather is not loading: check your connection and reopen the app.
Location is wrong or missing: confirm Meteogram has location access in iPhone Settings.
Background updates are missing: iOS may limit them based on battery and system conditions.
Forecast looks outdated: reopen the app and confirm the selected location.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed through Apple.
On iPhone, open Settings, tap your Apple ID, then tap Subscriptions.
Refund requests are handled by Apple.
